Welcome to GrowthSprint. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to GrowthSprint. GrowthSprint provides digital marketing tools, templates, frameworks, and educational resources (collectively, the “Products”) through this website and related services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to deliver the Services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy (collectively, the “Agreements”), govern your access to and use of the Services. Please read them carefully.

By accessing, purchasing from, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Agreements. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNTS

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, share, sublicense, or otherwise provide access to your account or purchased Products to any third party.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & LICENSE

All Products sold by GrowthSprint are digital goods delivered electronically.

When you purchase a Product, GrowthSprint grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Product for your internal business or personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, distribute, or make Products available to others

  • Copy or reproduce Products for commercial redistribution

  • Use Products to create competing products or services

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by GrowthSprint.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until payment is successfully processed.

All sales are subject to our Refund Policy. Due to the digital nature of the Products, access is granted immediately upon purchase, and cancellations are generally not possible once access has been delivered.

4. PRICING, PROMOTIONS & TAXES

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes, which may be calculated and collected at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

Promotions may be subject to additional terms. In the event of a conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms will control.

4. REFUNDS & ACCESS REVOCATION

Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

If a refund is approved:

  • Your access to the Product(s) will be immediately and permanently revoked

  • You must delete any downloaded or saved copies of the Product materials

GrowthSprint reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, excessive refund requests, or misuse of Products.

5. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

All Products and content are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing provided by GrowthSprint constitutes legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice.

You are solely responsible for how you apply the information provided and for any results obtained.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, Products, templates, methodologies, trademarks, branding, and materials are the exclusive property of GrowthSprint or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

7. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Infringe on GrowthSprint’s intellectual property rights

  • Share, leak, or redistribute Products

  • Attempt to bypass access controls or safeguards

  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive behavior

GrowthSprint may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations.

7. ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS

Occasionally, information available through the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability.

GrowthSprint reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

8. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

The Services may include links or access to third-party tools. GrowthSprint does not control and is not responsible for third-party services. Use of third-party tools is at your own risk.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

GrowthSprint is powered by Shopify; however, all purchases are made directly with GrowthSprint. Shopify is not responsible for Products, refunds, or disputes.

9. FEEDBACK

If you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, testimonials, reviews, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant GrowthSprint a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such Feedback for any lawful business purpose.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the Feedback and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

GrowthSprint is under no obligation to maintain Feedback in confidence, provide compensation, or respond to Feedback submissions.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services and Products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind. GrowthSprint does not guarantee results, performance, or outcomes.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowthSprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services or Products.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrowthSprint and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

13. TERMINATION

GrowthSprint may terminate or suspend access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted immediately terminate.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GrowthSprint is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
