GrowthSprint Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. This means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email hello@growthsprint.io within 30 days of your purchase and include your order details.

If your refund request is approved, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

Important: Because GrowthSprint products are digital, all refunds result in immediate and permanent removal of access to the purchased toolkit, templates, and any associated materials. Continued access after a refund is strictly prohibited.

Abuse Prevention & Fair Use Policy

GrowthSprint reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to:

  • Repeated purchase-and-refund behavior

  • Multiple refund requests across different products

  • Evidence of content copying, redistribution, or sharing

  • Attempts to retain access to GrowthSprint materials after a refund

  • Refund requests made after substantial use or download of the materials

We monitor refund activity to protect our intellectual property and ensure fair access for all customers.

Any attempt to circumvent access restrictions or misuse refunded materials may result in account suspension and revocation of access without refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Products marked as final sale, promotional, or discounted are not eligible for refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Partial refunds are not offered.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital products. If you would like access to a different GrowthSprint product, you may request a refund (if eligible) and place a new purchase separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

If a refund is issued under this policy, access to the digital product(s) will be revoked immediately.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
